Savage Marine Ltd has reached out to our suppliers and to our freight forwarders to understand how they may be impacted as factories slowly reopen within China. Whilst Savage Marine are a manufacturer, we still rely on electronic components from many suppliers. While many companies had targeted Feb 10 or Feb 17 to reopen, we are seeing indications that many will resume limited operations with a gradual transition to full production.

This at present is having a major impact on gaining crucial supplies to complete our products, at the moment we are working hard to try and obtain supplies from alternative distributers this is proving difficult as they too have restricted stock and delivery. To certain areas, the formal lockdown continues, though some cargo and relief flights have resumed.

We are in regular communication with our logistics partners to discuss their ramp of operations in the region.

Please note, that we are monitoring the impact on our suppliers in other affected areas as these countries have seen significant increases in confirmed cases.

Our priority is to ensure the safety of our employees and to providing our customers with the security of supply, product availability and the information required to keep you up to date with the latest information.

Please be patient as this situation is evolving. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Note that while we are endeavoring to provide you with up-to-date and accurate information, we are relying on third parties, including governmental and public organizations as well as manufacturers and suppliers, for much of the information provided. We cannot validate this information independently and cannot be held responsible for its accuracy and completeness. Moreover, the situation is fluid and production disruptions and shipping delays are expected. While we will not bear any liability for these force majeure issues which are outside of our reasonable control, we will continue to promptly pass along to our customers any pertinent information we receive from our suppliers and logistics providers.
